Documentation for 0.10.1.1

I'm starting to look at upgrading to 0.10.1.1, but looks like the docs have
not been updated since 0.10.1.0.

Are there any plans to update the docs to explicitly discuss how to upgrade
from 0.10.1.0 -> 0.10.1.1, and 0.10.0.X -> 0.10.1.1?
