Yes,in jconsole the Mbean "kafka.server":type="BrokerTopicMetrics",contains all the details for all the topics of each machine/broker.
To sum up the number of message for a topic,you will have to go on jconsole of each broker of your cluster and get the count of MessageIn from each Mbean "kafka.server":type="BrokerTopicMetrics",name="*topicName*" and add all the count value.
