[users@httpd] mod_authnz_fcgi configuration guide

Hello everyone,

I tried to configure mod_authnz_fcgi according to its manual; however, I am
unsure how to run the Perl scripts so that Apache2 can communicate with
FastCGI scripts. Could you please provide guidance on this?
