[users@httpd] Apache setup questions

Hello my college course was talking about Apache servers and I was
interested in trying to set one up on a Kali Linux virtual machine, but
after setting it up in the root, and getting the ip, the only thing that
pops up when I put it in the search bar is a black screen.
