I think I there is a simple resolution.
A Note next to the source bundle download,
This bunde has been put together for use by individual developers,
vendors , distributors.
Apache HTTPD is by nature modular , flexible product.
We have made most of modular nature of Apache, the users
compile and include libaries/plugins on an as needed basis.
Disk space can be expensive hhhmm..
