After trying everything I could think of, and hitting a brick wall, I did a clean installation of
Apache2.
Rebooted.
PING localhost (127.0.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.024 ms
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.029 ms

What am I doing wrong??
