and it cause server error.
then I add (\) before (?) like
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^\?eID=dd_googlesitemap&L=0 [NC]
RewriteRule dd_googlesitemap http://domain/sitemap.xml [R=301,L]
Error gone but no success yet :-(
