Greetings, I am constantly getting this error below in my log file:

I do not get any other errors. Can someone please point out the meaning of this error as it does not make any sense to me whatsoever. I have been trying to solve this issue for over a year to no avail. I decided to make 2014 the year for get rid of this error. Any help would be highly appreciated.
