I have a rhel5 X86_64 machine and i have installed openssl 0.9.8y and
httpd 2.2.25
when i disable SSLFIPS off and start apache service it runs fine.
but when i enable SSLFIPS on and the start the apache service it gets
failed.
This is the error_log

can somebody please sort out this issue ?
