That's going to break with other svn clients like the command line client. I think matching on "SVN/" should get most SVN clients including TortoiseSVN (at least we include SVN/ in the useragent of the libraries). There are of course other implementations of SVN (e.g. SVNKit) that may not necessarily match this but as far as I know they also comply with this convention.
