Greetings.
We use apache as our forward proxy. This is the basic machine status, And we
only run apache as a purpose.

OS: FreeBSD frontendc.cnwisp.com 9.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE
CPU: Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2384 x 2
Memory: 8192 MB

Some days passed, we had lots of questions about how to tuning the apache as
a forward proxy. This is our base config for the base function.
