[users@httpd] How to compile the source code for Apache HTTP Server 2.2.23 Win32 version

Hi all,
I'm a developer from China, I'm now trying to upgrade my Apache HTTP Server
from 2.2.22 to 2.2.23.  From the Apache HTTP Server web site, there are
only Unix code items.  Could anyone tell me how to compile the source code
to get the 2.2.23 Win32 version?
