RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ http://example.com/good/tc/$1 [R,L]
or you just want anything to go to /good/tc ?
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} \.tc\.example\.com$
RewriteRule ^/.* http://example.com/good/tc [R,L]
