This VHost is like all others, and if I go into

I see my directory listing but if I go to
http://tamay.dogan.tdhome.net/
or
http://www.tdhome.net/~tamay.dogan/
where an index.php is placed. Apache offer me to download the PHP file.
Any suggestions?
