Hello again, Well...I feel a bit ashamed and I'll probably hide myself under the table for a couple of hours :P I just noticed, well hidden in a flood of comment a colleague of mine added to the file, the <VirtualHost _default_:443> line. That means I've been editing the default virtual host SSL configuration.
Moving the SSLCipherSuite directive to the right place solved the issue!
