Yes, sorry for the typo, i meant "Directives"

By proxy.conf, I meant like we have httpd-vhost.conf and other files in 
conf/extra folder, does it also create file like proxy.conf (maybe with another 
name or add directives to some other conf file) which can be used for reference.

You can only build one MPM.



However, all I can see is the modules loaded for proxy,
however none of the derivatives like ProxyRequests have been added to

I think you mean "Directives".





There is also no proxy.conf file. 




Apache has one configuration file, httpd.conf.





I was just wondering if these directives do get added or if there is
sample file created after installing Apache2?
