I'm getting duplicate listings in my access.log file. For example:

I'm running Apache 2.2.15 on a Windows Xp Pro machine. Built the Apache from source.
I began to notice this after installing a PCI card which allows me to mirror two or more hard drives. Will happen a few times a day. Nothing that appears to be consistent as to which file or type of file. 

These extra entries are causing inaccuracies in my Awstats data.

Any suggestions?
