I'm using Centos 5.2.
I compile Apache from source with:
1. make clean
2. make dist clean
3. ./configure
4. make
5. make install
After that, I restart the apache and reboot the server

What OS are you using, and what method did you use to upgrade from
2.2.9 to 2.2.13?
