This is more of a Mac issue, so if you're not able to find an answer
here, you may want to try a Mac forum.. But check the permissions on
that folder - not sure what they should be. World readable is my guess.
Make sure that folder exists.
Make sure apache isn't already running.
Failing that, try starting Apache Manually.
