[users@httpd] Apache 1.3.34 not starting as a service in WIN2008 server.

Hi All,
 
        I have installed Apache 1.3.34 binary in Win2k8 server.When I start
Apache,it is not starting.
       
      C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache>net start Apache
       The Apache service is starting..
       The Apache service could not be started.
       A system error has occurred.
       System error 1067 has occurred.
       The process terminated unexpectedly.
 
      Any ideas on why it is not starting as a service?
