Hi, I have a very basic query as I am new to Apache,
I want to run apache httpd on my linux machine , with the following criteria , 1. I have to authenticate the http request with a remote server with PAM 2. I have to authorize the users who are doing http request with a remote server (only authorised persons among authenticated ones can access the http pages ) The thing I want to know is How to compile apache with PAM so as to enable remote authorisation (not only authentication) What all changes to be done in pam.d files and conf files .
