I could be silly and suggest a web-based SSH client :)
Webmin does everything you could ever need, but there can be a lot of
steps, and it's not always intuitive.
Failing that, there's (do the research, google):
Helm
Cpanel
Plesk
DirectAdmin
VirtualMin (which is like webmin, but more...)
Most of these cost money.
