I figured it out and thought I'd post the solution. I'm using
mod_proxy_html. There are directives that are included with that
module which are detailed here:
http://apache.webthing.com/mod_proxy_html/config.html
The ProxyHTMLDoctype directive is relevant to what I was trying to do.
