I'm getting a similar message right now, httpd can't
resolve domain name from ypbind.
I haven't fixed the ypbind settings because apache is
getting the right fqdn from the hosts file as well as
the servername directive.

if the op is using dns for acquiring the server name
then it is likely that bind isn't configured
correctly.
