From apache you can get mod_imap alone.... this can be done using --enable-imap. But it seems the cyrus imap has to be installed individually. Will update you shortly on this.............!

I think the right way, would be to uninstall apache using RPM, and then
, re install it using rpm.
Something like
rpm -e httpd
and then reinstall it via yum, or with rpm's
