Apache:
2.0.58
When apachectl restart:
{
apachectl: Configuration syntax error, will not run "restart":
httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using
127.0.0.1 for ServerName
Syntax OK
}
The FQDN warning shows even when Apache starts well, that's not a problem right
now.
When apachectl stop:
No verbose, but it doens't shutdown Apache.
If I comment the subversion specific lines, all goes right and great!
Any suggestion?

What OS? What apache version?
Do apachectl stop then apachectl start - what *exactly* do you get on the
command line?
Then check the error log, again...
