[users@httpd] Help, Does not write custom logs but error logs

HI all,

        I am using Apache 2.0.55 on windows.

below the log conf I have given in httpd.conf

 

CustomLog "|D:/Apache/Apache2/bin/rotatelogs.exe D:/Apache/Apache2/logs/customlogs.log 86400" common

 

It does not write anything. But the error logs file is written and rotated propertly

and calling with relative path also works,

ErrorLog "|D:/Apache/Apache2/bin/rotatelogs.exe D:/Apache/Apache2/logs/error_logs.log 86400"

 

CustomLog logs\acccess.log  common

 

 

Could anybody tell what I am missing out here to have custom log written properly.
