Apologies Joshua. Reading back my previous post it sounds slightly rude. I didn't mean it to be.
I'm just hoping there's some other method to get DELETE to work rather than upgrading my server and enabling DAV. It's a production server, and even though the upgrade needed is only from 1.3.33 to 1.3.6 (for the dav module to function) I can't afford to bugger anything up.
