Hi Ron,  I may be the wrong guy to ask since I just started playing with Apache 
a week ago... The apache website is does an impressive job with documentation 
and is an excellent reference.

But try this for starters.
 
NameVirtualHost 69.110.41.144
       <VirtualHost *:80>
         DocumentRoot "/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/"
         ServerName turon.photos.com
