I reply in English:

mod_ssl is an extension module in apache2. That means that it is included with 
the main distribution and you no longer have to download it separately and 
patch it in as with apache 1.3.

I'm not sure how that all works on XP - but from the documentation it seems you 
just use:

LoadModule ssl_module modules/libssl.o
