Just copy the complete $SGE_ROOT then to the same location as on the other
exyechosts to the new node. Especially the $SGE_ROOT/default/common contains
the settings how to address the qmaster, i.e. its name. This is the idea to
share at least this directory branch from the complete installation.

The spool directory inside $SGE_ROOT/default can be skipped, as it will be
recreated during startup of the exechost (i.e. one for this particular node).

If this is a new installation of Linux, it might be necessary to adjust
$SGE_ROOT/util/arch, so that also newer Linux kernels are covered.
