Version 8.1.8 of the Son of Grid Engine distribution is available from <http://arc.liv.ac.uk/downloads/SGE/releases/8.1.8/>, with a few bug fixes and enhancements.
The packaging now should work on any recent Fedora and Debian, and there are now RPMs for all the current Fedora/EPEL releases supported by COPR under <http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/loveshack/SGE/> (unsigned, I'm afraid).
