Should not "qstat -j <jobid>" list the shortage of a complex? There's nothing 
(I already checked the job script of the user too). And the hosts on which the 
job should run are completely free.

No.  It's a testqueue with 3 hosts reserved only for that queue. And there is 
just that job and no other ones.
