Dear all I'm completely bigginner in the grid engine thing ..i'm trying to install sge but there is something i did'nt understand ..all execution hosts need to be added to the administrative list ? And if not the installation of the execution does not success Why is that? Was it suppose to be only the master and shadow adminstrators and the executions have no control but submitting jobs?? and there is something else Even after adding the host to the admins when i run the graphical installer on the execd i got the ( admin user missing) state?? but i added it to the admins and the linux account i use is an administrator so what is wrong?? thanks and i appreatiate any clearfication Kind Regards
