Hi!

after compiling GE2011.11p1 on Solaris 10 x86, I tried to make the installation.

./aimk -no-java -no-jni -no-secure -spool-classic -no-dump -only-depend
./scripts/zerodepend
./aimk -no-java -no-jni -no-secure -spool-classic -no-dump depend
./aimk -no-java -no-jni -no-secure -spool-classic -no-dump

is looking good so far.

but then, something's wrong with the spooling -

Please enter an email address in the form >u...@foo.com<.

Default: [none] >> n.kr...@3beg.at

The following parameters for the cluster configuration were configured:

   execd_spool_dir /reuters/sge/default/spool
   administrator_mail n.kr...@3beg.at

Do you want to change the configuration parameters (y/n) [n] >>

Probably a permission problem. Please check file access permissions.
Check read/write permission. Check if SGE daemons are running.
