oh, yes. No, I don't understand why it isn't running at all - I doesn't
request anything that it can't get, as far as I can tell - also, poking
it would tell me; but it only tells me that yes, there is a possible
assignment. I can't figure out why it doesn't get scheduled, still.

qstat -j #JOBNO
