I'm afraid not, as I've never built that source.  I just put quite a lot
of effort into making sure you didn't need instructions like that to
build the version I pointed at.  In particular, the srpm will just build
on Red Hat 5 and 6 if you install the dependencies first.

I'm afraid I've never built the Windows version, but other people have
built that source on Windows and not reported problems, and there are
some fairly recent Windows-specific fixes.  You need whatever the
"services for Unix" layer is called in the version of Windows you use.
