This seems like a bug, or perhaps load related. I can still see queued jobs through qmon. Any ideas?

We're running GE 6.2u5 and recently I added a new complex named "rhel"
that's tied to a load sensor that runs on each node and reports back the
version of Redhat Enterprise Linux the node is running. If I add "-l
rhel=5" to my sge_request file I am unable to see any queued jobs with
qstat -f, even ones submitted before the sge_request change.
