I've recently built GE2011.11 on CentOS 5.x and OSX 10.6.8. Everything is
installed on an NFS filesystem that is mounted at the same mount point on both
systems. On both systems, there is an sgeadmin user and sgeadmin group, and
both have the same UID/GID. My username and UID are the same on both systems.
Under CentOS, when I run qmon, it behaves as I expect. Under OSX, when I
attempt to modify a queue, even if I just click 'OK' without making any
changes, I get an error dialog that reads '"slots" has no default value.' I get
the same error when running qmon as root (root squash is disabled on the NFS
filesystem in question).
Any hints? Thanks,
John
