ODM? If you mean ODT, the latest LO (25.2.5.2) seems simple as always: Just Save As... and select type "Word 2010-365 Document (*.docx)". That's all.
ODM is a master document. There you have to choose File → Export for getting a ODT document. If you got the ODT document you could also save this document as DOCX. It is the same behavior in LO 7.4.7.2 as in LO 25.8.0.2 here.
