I just tried this and pasting a formula into the cell formatted as text
still resulted in a working formula.
Thomas, in the cell that does not work correctly, check (in the formula
entry bar) that the first character is not an apostrophe.
I.e. =COUNTIF(H2:H2321,"会社員") and not '=COUNTIF(H2:H2321,"会社員"). If
the apostrophe is there, remove it.

There will be a difference if you copy a cell to another one. Then the
references will be adjusted. So I think that you simply copied the
cell content and produced simple text.

Changing the comma to a semicolon did not help.
