I've recently moved back to using Libreoffice and immediately have an issue.  The mail merge wizard is requiring me to map my source data to multiple name fields (Title, First Name, Last Name, etc).  Unfortunately, my data source has one name field because it combines multiple names in a variety of combinations depending on last names.  That name is configured by the source database which is Salesforce.

The problem is if I don't map each of the name fields it won't let me move forward.  I've mapped everything I want and need to use but can't finish the merge.  Why would it force a specific format for the address book when clearly people will want different options?  More importantly, how can I get around this problem?
