If you are on 25.2.0.3 (25.2.0) or 25.2.1.1 RC1 build for Windows, there
is a known packaging issue.
It has been corrected with the 25.2.1.2 RC2 (25.2.1 release build)
coming out this week.
Affecting the redistributed Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime. But only on
the build for Windows os.
