You have to set the directory of where the spreadsheet is to have it work without warning. Tools / Options / Libre Office / Security / Macro Security / Trusted Sources / Then under the Trusted File Locations you need to enter the directory that contains the spreadsheet that has the link. One that I have listed is /home/msetzerii/staffx19 Have some speadsheets in that directory that link to csv files I create from web pages campus directory files. Without the entry, I would get those same messages. Note: I am using Linux so that is a linux path to directory, but would think same process with windows directory. Took a while to find the exact process, but is directory of where the linked spread sheet is, and not where the linked files are.
