Does your first page have a 'First Page' page style rather than the 'Default Page Style'? - Robert

I can get a nice page number centered in a footer propagated for all pages no problem. I want to do the same kind of thing in the header, right justified with some words preceding a page number. Again, no problem for the first page only. For some reason it isn't propagating to all the following headers on successive pages. Help much appreciated, as always.
