The 7.4 is the one that comes with the Fedora 37 I've installed both the 7.5 and 7.6 versions from Libreoffice web site. libreoffice runs the Fedora release libreoffice7.5 runs 7.5 versions (updates replace previous) libreoffice7.6 runs 7.6 version. I'm running under the XFCE but gdm is the base I guess, with gnome being the default for Fedora. Don't know why non-root user would be accessing a file in root directory, and why the file is an empty file.
