Thanks very much. I've pretty well figured out that the problem here was when L.O. Writer decided to label paragraphs as being in Japanese (even though they contained no Japanese kana or kanji characters and most of them didn't even contain romaji). And if I manually return the paragraphs to English (USA) the line breaks become sane once again. What I have not figured out is a.) why this happened -- if someone were, say, to insert an English word into a document of Japanese Kana, would L.O. Writer decide the whole document is English? -- and b.) how to prevent it happening again. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ Privacy Policy: https://www.documentfoundation.org/privacy
