If you treat all security as layers, each one is as important the next
and all of them are points of failure.
That being said, the easiest breach is at the inner layers.

Statistically, we all in the same boat.
There are those who can point out singular evidence of foul play, but I
suspect very few who can point out more than a few.
Just because someone is able to pull an the same ace of hearts from a
deck of cards does not mean know they know all the other cards.
Be vigilant about CVE's.
