Go to "View > Non-Printer Characters". This will show the paragraph breaks, etc. Position the cursor within a paragraph or select (highlight) desired paragraphs. Open "Format > Paragraph" and go to the "Indents & Spacing Tab". You can view and change spacing setting here.
