Hi :) Not sure what caused it. Maybe a new Extension or something? Best way to avoid such things in the future, and to help make it easier to deploy LO onto new systems might be to create a copy of the User Profile of a version of LibreOffice once you are happy with the settings and configs. Then you can copy that profile to different machines, even ones running on different OSes, and find they all have the settings as you set them. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
It's probably best to copy that profile onto a computer before installing LibreOffice to it so that if anything really does need to be reset then the installer might do that but it's unlikely that such a thing would be needed anyway. On Windows there is also an xcu file somewhere. Is that something for the registry? and that might be easier to deploy to networked machines without the user having any choice about it and without you needing access to their computer to put things on it. Of course with Gnu&Linux and probably BSD (for example Macs) machines it might be possible to have the User Profile on a networked file-share and have each of the non-Windows systems mount that at boot-up. I'm not sure what would happen if the network was down but typically LO tries to set-up a new User Profile if it can't find the right one so it MIGHT be ok. Personally i would go with just copying the User Profile to each machine if that's possible. Errr, of course to fix the 2 machines you might find it easiest to just copy&paste a User Profile from a machine that IS still using the right settings!
